News: Car hit by utility pole during multi-vehicle wreck in SE Bellevue

Bellevue Police Department officials said multiple vehicles spun out and crashed in the area of 137th Place Southeast and Highland Drive just before noon.

According to authorities, no injuries were reported, but one vehicle was hit and impaled by the pole.

City crews joined Puget Sound Energy at the scene to sand nearby roadways, which was covered in ice after recent snowfall in the area began turning into ice with the recent temperature drop.

No charges or citations have been reported as of this writing.
