News: Buckley teenager collides with semi on SE 162

BUCKLEY, WA – A teenager driving an SUV collided with a semi on SE 162 on Friday afternoon.

Washington State Patrol District 1 tweeted that the accident occurred on SE 162 at milepost 19 just east of Lower Burnett Road at around 2:10 p.m., when an 18-year-old female driving a Jeep crashed into a semi. She sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash.

All eastbound lanes of SE 162 were closed for several hours to investigate the crash. The cause of the crash is unknown.
