TACOMA, WA – A bicyclist was killed when they hit a curb on S Mildred Street late Sunday morning.
According to the Tacoma Police Department’s Twitter Feed, the accident happened in the 1600 block of S. Mildred Street at around 11:40 a.m. on Sunday.
The bicyclist hit a curb and struck their head. Emergency responders pronounced the bicyclist dead at the scene.
Traffic was briefly shut down in that block, but was reopened later that day.
