News: Authorities respond to two-vehicle crash on California Ave in West Seattle

WEST SEATTLE, WA — A two-vehicle collision was reported early Saturday evening in West Seattle’s Seaview neighborhood, according to West Seattle Blog.

The accident happened on California Avenue Southwest , between Southwest Juneau Street and Southwest Raymond Street. It was first reported by WSB at 5:25 p.m.

Few details have been released at this time, but Seattle Fire Department crews were not dispatched to the scene, suggesting no major injuries.

A photo shared by a bystander shows one of the involved vehicles, a light-blue SUV, with visible front-end damage. Seattle Police called for two tow trucks at the scene.

A stretch of California Avenue was shut down in both directions during the response.
