SHELTON, WA – At least one life was claimed in a head-on crash that occurred on U.S. 101 in Shelton on Tuesday, MyNorthwest reports.

Washington State Patrol said the collision happened around 4 p.m. Authorities blocked off the road at milepost 346, according to an X post from Trooper Katherine Weatherwax.

Weatherwax has not specified the details surrounding this deadly collision or announced any citations or arrests for the involved occupants.
