News: At least 1 killed in collision along Monroe’s Yoforit Frozen Yogurt

MONROE, WA – At least one person lost their life to a collision that took place along Yoforit Frozen Yogurt on Tuesday.

Monroe police told Fox13Seattle that the crash occurred at the westbound Highway 2 and Kelsey Street intersection. Police closed the westbound lanes starting at 7 a.m. and redirected traffic towards Blueberry Lane Southeast.

At the time of the reporting, police told drivers to expect delays for several hours. The exact cause of the collision is under investigation, and the victim’s name has not been released.
