LYNNWOOD, WA – According to KOMO, a trooper was hurt after a suspected impaired driver collided with their vehicle on I-5 NB near 44th Ave W on Monday morning.
The trooper was parked on the right shoulder with his lights activated. An alleged impaired driver slammed into the rear of the patrol car.
The trooper suffered minor injuries. The suspect was also hurt. Their condition is unknown.
Authorities arrested the suspect for DUI.
