TACOMA, WA – According to KOMO, two people were hurt when a suspected drunk driver collided head-on with another driver at I-5 NB and S 56th St on Sunday.
The driver was heading south in the northbound lanes when they hit an SUV head-on.
Rescue crews transported the driver and a passenger from the SUV to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities arrested the driver for DUI.
The Washington State Police is investigating the incident.
