News: All lanes of SR-99 closed following accident near Royal Brougham Way

SEATTLE, WA – Authorities were forced to shut down all traffic on SR-99 following a collision late Thursday evening.

According to the WSDOT traffic page, the incident occurred on SR-99 just north of the intersection with Royal Brougham Way around 8:00 p.m. It is unclear how many vehicles were involved.

On SR 99 northbound just north of Royal Brougham Way there is an incident blocking all lanes.

Drivers are urged to use alternate routes while authorities investigate and clear the scene. Details regarding the circumstances leading up to the crash or the identities of those involved have not yet been made public.
