News: Accident blocks two lanes on SR-520 EB in Seattle’s Montlake area

SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle wreck Monday evening closed two lanes on State Route 520 in Seattle’s Montlake neighborhood, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

The collision occurred on the eastbound highway just west of Montlake Boulevard. It was first reported by the WSDOT at 6:55 p.m.

Officials did not disclose details on the circumstances behind the crash, but a right lane was blocked and a left lane was partially blocked.

On SR 520 eastbound just west of Montlake Blvd there is a collision blocking the right lane and partially blocking the left lane.

At this time, no injuries have been reported in the event.
