News: Accident blocks I-5 NB offramp near Seattle’s Harborview Medical Center

SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle collision Thursday afternoon partially blocked an Interstate 5 exit ramp near Harborview Medical Center in downtown Seattle, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

The crash impacted the I-5 northbound collector-distributor offramp to James Street, in the city’s Yesler Terrace neighborhood. It was first reported by WSDOT at 2;45 p.m.

On the I-5 northbound collector-distributor off-ramp to James St there is a collision partially blocking the ramp.

As of this writing, authorities have not released further updates regarding the circumstances behind the crash or any serious injuries.
