News: Accident blocking right westbound lane of SR-20 in Mount Vernon

MOUNT VERNON, WA – The Washington Department of Transportation has reported a traffic collision on westbound State Route 20 at the intersection with Avon-Allen Road on Wednesday night.

DoT officials initially tweeted about the accident at 8:45 p.m, stating the right lane of the freeway had been shut down:

On SR 20 westbound at Avon-Allen Rd there is a collision blocking the right lane.
