News: 4 hospitalized in semi-truck collision in Northgate

SEATTLE, WA – Four people were taken to the hospital following a semi-truck collision in Northgate Wednesday morning, according to KING 5.

A driver hit a semi-truck on Interstate 5 southbound near North Northgate Way around 9:35 a.m. The crash sent the semi-truck crashing through barriers before coming to rest in the northbound lanes.

First responders transported a 1-year-old boy, a 3-year-old girl, a 49-year-old man, and an adult woman to a local hospital as a precaution. No serious injuries were reported.

The Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident.
