KING COUNTY, WA — Three crew members were injured Wednesday, March 6, when a drivers breached a Federal Way work zone and crashed, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Officials did not indicated exactly where the incident unfolded, but first responders were called to the scene on Interstate 5.
It’s unclear at this time whether the driver remained at the scene and if they are expected to be charged.
The event follows a similar incident from a few weeks ago in which six WSDOT employees were sent to a local hospital due to a negligent driver.
