News: 3 parked cars hit during crash on California Ave SW in West Seattle

SEATTLE, WA — Property damage was reported Wednesday night after a vehicle struck three parked cars on California Avenue Southwest in West Seattle, according to West Seattle Blog.

The multi-vehicle wreck occurred in the 3400 block of the road and was first reported by WSB at 8:24 p.m.

An early investigation indicates a driver in a silver car was traveling northbound on California Avenue Southwest at a high rate of speed. At one point, the car collided with three vehicles parked along the road.

The causing driver remained at the scene after the crash and was cooperating with authorities.

No injuries were reported in the event, but Seattle Police said all three parked cars sustained damage.

Emergency responders remained on the scene until about 9:40 p.m., when the road was reopened in both directions.

At this time, no pending charges or citations have been reported.
