News: 3 hospitalized after serious collision on I-90 near North Bend 

NEAR NORTH BEND, WA – Three people were sent to a hospital after a serious collision that occurred on I-90 East near North Bend on Friday. 

Washington State Patrol trooper Rick Johnson first announced the crash around 10 a.m., according toFox13Seattle. 

The details leading up to the collision are unclear, but the impact left the front half of a silver car completely totaled, as shown in a photo provided by Eastside Fire & Rescue. Out of the three hospitalized individuals, one person was left with serious, life-threatening injuries. 

Officials blocked the eastbound lanes for the scene clearance process and have not provided a time estimate regarding when the interstate will reopen. 

Johnson has not specified how the crash unfolded or listed citations at this time.
