SEATTLE, WA – According to KING 5, two 19-year-olds were hurt in a single-vehicle collision on I-5 near Lake City Way Northeast on Wednesday.
The driver hit a barrier, rolled over, and landed on I-5’s northbound express lanes around 7 p.m.
First responders transported a 19-year-old male and a 19-year-old female to an area hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities do not believe impairment was a factor.
Following the collision, crews shut down the area to process the scene.
The area was reopened around 10 p.m.
