News: 2 injured in rollover wreck on I-5 SB offramp near Southcenter

KING COUNTY, WA — At least two people were hurt Sunday night due to a rollover crash on Interstate 5 near the Westfield Southcenter shopping mall in Tukwila, according to KIRO 7 Seattle.

The accident happened on the exit ramp connecting I-5 southbound to I-405 northbound. It was first reported by the Tukwila Fire Department shortly before 8:00 p.m.

Officials have not disclosed details on the circumstances behind the wreck, but more than one occupant was said to have suffered minor injuries. It was unclear whether they were transported to a hospital.

A photo taken at the scene shows a light-colored SUV flipped onto its roof along the left shoulder of the ramp.

No other vehicles were involved.
