News: 1 killed in pedestrian crash on SR 99 in Everett 

EVERETT, WA – One person was killed in a pedestrian crash that happened on SR 99 south of Manor Way on Tuesday, King5 reports.

The collision happened around 3 a.m. Upon arrival, officials shut down all of SR 99 for several hours for the scene clearance and investigation process. 

During the closures, drivers were redirected from northbound State Route 99 onto Lincoln Way and were able to use the left lane for the time being. 

Law enforcement confirmed the driver stayed at the scene and has not said whether they would face charges.
