News: 1 hurt as truck, 2 cars crash into south King County embankment

KING COUNTY, WA — One person was injured late Wednesday morning due to a multi-vehicle crash near northwest Auburn, reports KOMO News.

The accident happened at the intersection of 55th Avenue South and South 272nd Way, south of Sanders Mansion. It was first reported by Puget Sound Fire at 11:43 a.m.

It was unclear what circumstances led up to the wreck, but three vehicles, including a commercial truck that overturned, ended up in an embankment.

Though a total of five people were involved, only one person suffered minor injuries.
