TACOMA, WA – One person was injured yesterday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on an SR-16 on-ramp that resulted in a rollover, the Washington State Patrol reports.
The collision happened on the on-ramp from S Pearl Street onto SR-16 sometime before 3:11 p.m. on March 22. Police believe that a car hit a second vehicle, sending it into a guardrail and causing it to overturn. The driver of the second vehicle was taken to an unspecified hospital with minor injuries. It does not appear that anyone else was hurt.
The aftermath of the crash blocked two of the on-ramp’s three lanes, affecting traffic in the area for some time.
