SKYWAY, WA – According to KIRO 7, one person is dead following a fatal pedestrian collision in Skyway early Tuesday morning.
A male driver hit a woman as she was crossing the street at South 126th Street and Renton Avenue South around 12:30 a.m.
The woman died in the collision.
A drug recognition expert determined the driver was impaired.
Authorities arrested the man and charged him with vehicular homicide.
