ISAAQUAH, WA – One person died as a result of a collision between a semi-truck and a car on State Route 18 that happened around noon on Wednesday, KomoNews reports.
Upon arrival, the Washington Department of Transportation closed the west and eastbound lanes, while paramedics gave medical attention to one person. The person they care for, unfortunately, would go on to succumb to their injuries.
Authorities reopened all lanes around 4 p.m.
The cause of the crash has not been made immediately clear.
