News: 1 dead, 2 injured in crash in Issaquah

ISSAQUAH, WA – One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash that took place in Issaquah on Friday night.

According to KIRO 7, authorities were alerted to a two-car accident in the 17200 block of Issaquah-Hobart Road at about 6 p.m. Friday.

Photos of the scene show that a red SUV t-boned a red Ford sedan with enough force to knock the sedan on its side.

The driver of the Ford was pronounced dead at the scene. Two occupants of the SUV were taken to Overlake Medical Center with injuries not considered life-threatening.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
