News: 1 arrested after attempting to steal gas; crashing into Seattle PD car, bus  

SEATTLE, WA – One person was arrested after trying to steal gas and crashing into a Seattle police cruiser and a King County Metro bus on Friday. 

Seattle Police told King5 that the collision happened in the Beacon Hill neighborhood. An officer said the suspect was driving a red van. The moment he saw the police car, he put his car in reverse and crashed into a bus. He then pressed the gas pedal and crashed into the police car. 

The suspect attempted to flee the scene on foot, but was apprehended and arrested at Jose Rizal Park.
