TACOMA, WA – A driver fled the scene after striking a pedestrian on northbound I-5 on Wednesday morning.

The accident occurred on northbound I-5 near the 56th Street ramp around 6:30 a.m., according to KOMO News.

Local authorities reported a silver Nissan Altima might be the vehicle that hit the pedestrian. The pedestrian’s condition is currently unknown.
