News: Driver falls asleep at wheel, leading to collision with firetruck in Federal Way 

FEDERAL WAY, WA – One driver fell asleep while driving, which led to a collision involving a firetruck on I-5 on Sunday.

Washington State Patrol told KIRO7 that the driver who fell asleep had crashed into the fire truck, sustaining significant front-end damage.

Fire crews said they were initially responding to a separate collision, a DUI-related rollover wreck, when their truck was hit.

Troopers did not say how many people were injured in the crash involving the fire truck, but reported minor injuries.
