LYNNWOOD, WA – Officials with the Lynnwood Police Department are investigating a hit-and-run collision that sent a bicyclist to the hospital Tuesday evening.
According to KIRO, the accident occurred within the 17000 block of Olympic View Drive at about 6.m. when the driver of a yellow Chevrolet truck struck the bicyclist then immediately sped away from the scene.
The bicyclist was rushed to a local hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. No other identifying information with regard to the suspect or vehicle involved in the crash has been released at this time.
