SEATAC, WA – An 18-year-old woman nearly lost her life following a rollover crash on I-5 early Wednesday morning.
According to the Kent Reporter, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-5 near South 188th Street.
Witnesses say the female driver was traveling at a high rate of speed on the interstate when the incident occurred. Police believe she may have been involved in a street race when she lost control of her vehicle causing it to roll over on the interstate.
The unidentified driver sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. No other injuries were reported from the scene.
