REDMOND, WA – Part of the westbound State Route 520 offramp in southwest Redmond was blocked late Friday morning following a vehicle crash, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The accident happened on the SR-520 ramp toward Northeast 40th Street (milepost 10), in the city’s Overlake area. It was first reported at about 11:50 p.m., when the ramp’s right lane was shut down.
Local officials have not disclosed what caused the wreck or what parties were involved, but motorists faced delays as first responders processed the scene.

By 12:17 p.m., crews had cleared the roadway and the ramp was announced reopened to traffic.
No major injuries have been confirmed at this time.
