KENT, WA – According to KIRO 7, a suspected impaired driver fatally collided with another vehicle at 94th Avenue South and South 240th Street Friday night.
First responders arrived at the scene and found bystanders attempting to open the doors to one of the cars to free the man inside.
Emergency crews extricated the 56-year-old man and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Paramedics transported a 41-year-old woman from the same car to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Police arrested the other driver, a 30-year-old woman, for DUI. They are investigating her for vehicular homicide. =
