SEATTLE, WA – A woman was hurt after she slammed into an apartment near University St and Boren Ave on Sunday, according to KIRO 7.
The woman was heading east on University St at around 6 p.m. when she attempted to perform a U-turn on Boren Ave. She hit a parked car, drove onto the sidewalk, crashed through a railing, and spun around before colliding with a street light and another parked vehicle.
First responders transported the woman to an area hospital with minor injuries. Nobody else was hurt.
The crash caused significant damage to the building’s exterior, but it remains structurally sound.
