MASON COUNTY, WA – According to KIRO 7, two people were hurt following a head-on collision on WA 3 near the Mason County and Kitsap County line on Friday.
A driver was heading north and was trying to pass someone when they slammed into an oncoming car head-on.
Both drivers suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident. They believe speed and icy conditions caused the collision.
