POULSBO, WA – According to KIRO 7, a victim’s family is asking the public for help in finding a hit-and-run driver who fatally struck a man near WA 3 and NW Finn Hill Rd between midnight and 6 a.m. on Dec. 8 and 9 in 2023.
Robert Rathvon, 35, was walking to his hotel from a local downtown restaurant when somebody hit him. A driver saw Rathvon’s body several hours after the crash.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $26,000 reward to anyone with information regarding the incident leading to an arrest.
The Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident.
