MILTON, WA – According to FOX 13, an alleged impaired driver fatally collided with another vehicle on I-5 SB near the Pierce and King County line on Sunday.
A 26-year-old man was driving a Ford Mustang when he slammed into the rear of a Toyota Camry just before midnight. The collision caused both vehicles to spin out.
The 35-year-old man driving the Camry died at the scene. Nobody else was in the vehicle.
First responders transported one passenger from the Mustang to an area hospital. The other passenger and the driver were not hurt in the crash.
Authorities arrested the Mustang driver on suspicion of DUI and vehicular homicide.
