KING COUNTY, WA – At least one person suffered serious injuries as a result of a collision Friday afternoon in the Inglewood area of Sammamish, according to the Bellevue Police Department.
The accident took place on a stretch of West Lake Sammamish Parkway at the intersection with Northeast 16th Street. It was first reported shortly after 3:00 p.m.
Details remain limited, but a section of the parkway was closed during the emergency response and investigation.
A photo taken at the scene indicates at least two passenger cars were involved. Both vehicles appeared to have sustained significant front-end damage.
