News: 2 drivers strike, kill pedestrian on Pacific Highway S in Kent

KENT, WA – According to KOMO, two drivers fatally collided with a man on the 26600 block of Pacific Highway S on Saturday.

A 61-year-old man was crossing the road outside of a crosswalk when a northbound driver hit him around 10:28 p.m. The collision knocked the man down, and he was then run over by another vehicle.

First responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

Following the collision, the drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with police.

The Kent Police Traffic Unit is investigating the incident.
