OLYMPIA, WA – Officials have released the name of the woman who fatally collided with another vehicle while fleeing from police near Pacific Ave SE and Fones Rd SE on Saturday, according to FOX 13.
Nicole Rene Romanoff, 33, was eluding police when she crossed into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with another vehicle.
Rescue crews transported three people from the victim’s car to an area hospital, where one of them died.
Authorities charged Romanoff with second-degree murder, two counts of felony vehicular manslaughter, felony hit-and-run, second-degree assault, and driving on a suspended license.
