WHITE CENTER, WA – According to the King County Sheriff’s Office, authorities have arrested a man for a fatal hit-and-run collision that happened at SW Roxbury Street and 15th Ave SW on April 22, 2024.
INVESTIGATION UPDATE: Detectives have arrested a 37yo male and recovered the vehicle involved in the fatal pedestrian hit and run that occurred in White Center on April 22, 2024.

The 37-year-old male suspect was allegedly driving a silver 2007-2016 Jeep Compas when he collided with an adult male in his 80’s around 10 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital, where he died.
Authorities arrested a suspect on Friday.
Officials have not released the suspect’s name because the King County Prosecutor has not yet charged him.
