SEATTLE, WA — Crews were dispatched to a collision late Wednesday afternoon on 1st Avenue South in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
The accident unfolded at the corner with South Lander Street and was first reported some time before 11:55 a.m.
Although the events leading up to the wreck have not been made public, all northbound lanes of 1st Avenue South were shut down in the area.
A photo captured at the scene shows at least one fire engine responding, but officials have not yet confirmed any injuries.

Motorists were asked to seek alternate routes until about 12:12 p.m., when the scene was announced cleared and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
