KING COUNTY, WA — A 21-year-old man has died after being struck by a vehicle last Saturday evening, February 17, in northwest Federal Way, according to KOMO News.
The incident took place in the 500 block of Southwest Dash Point Road, prompting a response from Federal Way Police Department officers at about 7:20 p.m.
At this time, officials have not released a sequence of events leading up to the crash, but preliminary details indicate the young man was hit by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene before first responders arrived on the scene.
A section of Southwest Dash Point was shut down in both directions for an extended time.
