SEATTLE, WA — Crews had to extricate one person from a vehicle Friday evening following a crash in southeast Seattle’s Lakewood area, according to the Seattle Fire Department.
The accident happened on Lake Washington Boulevard South at the intersection with South Alaska Street. It was first reported by the SFD at 6:16 p.m.
Little information has been provided, but officials indicated that a car struck a tree and left an occupant trapped.
Officials have not released further information regarding the patient’s condition or the circumstances of the accident.
