SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A car crashed into a business in Lynnwood’s Alderwood area Tuesday afternoon, prompting a heavy emergency response, according to KIRO 7 Seattle.
The incident unfolded in the 2500 block of 196th Street Southwest, near a large shopping center. South County Fire crews, along with Lynnwood Police, were dispatched to the scene at about 12:30 p.m.
Neither agency has released any information about the circumstances behind the collision, but South County Fire officials said the building’s structural integrity was not impacted by the vehicle.
Photos taken at the scene show a passenger car completely inside the business.
No injuries and no charges were reported immediately following the wreck.
