SEATTLE, WA — Injuries were reported late Monday afternoon following a hit-and-run collision in north Seattle’s Haller Lake neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident unfolded at North 128th Street and Meridian Avenue North, just north of Haller Lake. Officers with the SPD’s North Precinct were dispatched to the area after receiving a call just before 4:00 p.m.
Very few details have been made available, but department officials indicated a motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) involving at least one party who fled the scene before first responders arrived.
At least one person was also left injured by the crash, though the severity of the victim’s condition was not immediately clear.
