SEATTLE, WA — A hit-and-run collision was reported Thursday afternoon in southeast Seattle’s Dunlap neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident unfolded in the 4900 block of South Rose Street and was first reported at around 4:30 p.m.
