SEATTLE, WA — A hit-and-run collision was reported Friday afternoon in north Seattle’s Maple Leaf neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident took place at the intersection with Banner Way Northeast. Officers with the department’s North Precinct responded to the area after receiving a call at around 2:23 p.m.
At this time, the SPD has not released any specific information about the involved parties or the circumstances of the event, but a truck was involved. One of involved parties also fled the scene before authorities arrived.
It was not immediately apparent whether anyone was seriously hurt.
