TACOMA, WA — A motorcycle accident last Monday, January 15, had an intersection in Tacoma’s West End neighborhood shut down for several hours, according to the Tacoma Police Department.
The crash was reported at the corner of North 30th Street and North Pearl Street (State Route 163). Tacoma Police arrived on the scene some time before 3:34 p.m. to conduct an investigation.
Following the incident, the department has not disclosed any details regarding the cause or nature of the wreck, and it remains unclear whether another vehicle was impacted.

By 10:42 p.m., more than six hours later, officials had cleared the scene, restoring lanes to traffic.
