SEATTLE, WA — Injuries were reported late Tuesday afternoon following a hit-and-run collision in West Seattle’s North Admiral neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department call logs.
The incident took place at the corner of Southwest Lander Street and 46th Avenue Southwest. Officers with the SPD’s Southwest Precinct were called to the scene at around 4:08 p.m.
Department officials have not specified the circumstances of the event, but police dispatchers indicated a motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) that resulted in unspecified injuries to at least one person. One of the involved parties also fled the scene before authorities arrived, qualifying the incident as a hit-and-run.
As of this writing, investigators have not released a description of the fleeing vehicle or suspect.
