KITTITAS COUNTY, WA — A section of eastbound Interstate 90 was closed Wednesday near Snoqualmie Pass after a pickup truck pulling a trailer jackknifed, according to KOMO News.
The accident impacted the eastbound side of I-90 at milepost 53, near the summit of the pass. It was first reported by the Washington State Department of Transportation at 11:34 a.m.
No information regarding the cause of the wreck has been shared, but at 12:07 p.m., WSDOT announced that crews had removed the vehicle from the roadway, restoring all travel lanes to traffic.
No injuries have been confirmed following the incident.
Officials noted that a disabled semi-truck on State Route 18 near Tiger Mountain and I-90 also had all lanes blocked, compounding delays in the area.
