SEATTLE, WA — A hit-and-run collision was reported Wednesday afternoon on North 145th Street in north Seattle, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident took place at the intersection with Phinney Avenue North, just south of Shoreline’s Westminster Triangle neighborhood. Officers with the department’s North Precinct were dispatched to the area at 5:52 p.m.
Although details remain limited, the event was described as a motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) involving a truck. At least one of the involved parties fled the scene before authorities arrived.
As of this writing, the SPD has not released a description of the hit-and-run vehicle and/or suspect.
No injuries were immediately reported.
